Every pastor who has ever said yes to this calling started with a picture of something — a church that is healthy, growing, and multiplying. Full of life. Centered in the Gospel. Producing more of itself.

But somewhere between that picture and the present moment, most pastors find themselves leading alone, moving slow, and unsure of what's actually true about where they are.

Not because they lack dedication. Not because they don't love their people. Not because the vision was wrong.

Because the gap is real. And it is hard. And most leaders are trying to cross it without a map, without a guide, and without anyone in the room who actually understands what they're carrying.

We exist so that no church planter plants alone. The City to City SoCal Accelerator exists to change that.

Mastermind Cohorts

A guided working group of 4–6 pastors matched by stage, size, and season. Over three months, cohorts move through a structured arc — diagnose, assess, and integrate — with guided facilitation and peer input. Designed to produce real clarity and real movement, not just better ideas.

Under 75 after 1 year

The first year is the hardest. You're building systems, earning trust, and leading people through change — all at the same time. This cohort is for church planters and pastors in their first year with a congregation under 75, who need honest peer input, practical tools, and a room that understands the weight of what they're carrying.

Plateaued under 300

You've built something real. But growth has stalled and you're not sure why. This cohort is for pastors leading churches under 300 who sense there's a ceiling — and are ready to find it, name it, and break through it. Not theory. Diagnosis, honest assessment, and a clear path forward.

Co-Vocational Church Planting

You're planting a church without drawing a pastoral salary. That's not a limitation — it's a strategy. But it comes with a distinct set of challenges that most coaching environments weren't built for. This cohort is for co-vocational planters who need peers who get it and a facilitator who won't waste their time.

Preparing to Multiply and Scale

You've built a healthy church. Now the question is whether it can reproduce itself. This cohort is for pastors who are ready to move from building one church to multiplying many — and need a clear framework, honest accountability, and a room of leaders who are ready to make the same move.
