GOSPEL COACHING

CTC SoCal believes that no one should plant a church alone! Alongside the training we offer church planters, we also provide one-on-one coaching with a CTC certified coach. These coaches bring a wealth of ministry experiences and have been trained to help planters find their own solutions and see more of Jesus. We believe coaching is a powerful tool in the success of a church plant and the health of the planter.

Each of our coaches have been handpicked to best fit our range of church planters and pastors. Each of our certified coaches have pastoral, ministerial, and Gospel-centered knowledge that benefit both planters and spouses.

City to City Coaching equips church planters and ministry leaders with the tools, support, and gospel-centered wisdom needed to thrive in urban ministry.

OUR COACHES

Paul Kim

Paul has been a pastor for over 30 years in Philadelphia and LA and is helping to plant Providence Church in the San Fernando Valley. He has a passion to help people be transformed by the gospel and is a pastor to pastors.

Leslie Kita

Leslie Kita is an ICF ACC-certified coach and spiritual director with training from the Talbot Institute of Spiritual Formation. For much of her life, she survived by following other people and protecting herself. Even her service in the church was an attempt to do what was right and keep the peace with others. Over the last thirteen years, the Lord has been opening up more areas of her soul so she can release them into His loving and healing arms.
She is a learner at heart and loves walking with people as they are transformed. She started out as a high school science teacher, raised three children, homeschooled for six years, spent years caring for a sick child, and is now grateful for the opportunity to be with others in their journeys.
As a gospel coach and spiritual director, she comes alongside people in different seasons of life, listening deeply and either helping them become more attentive to God's presence and work in their lives or helping them move forward toward their goals in ministry and in life.
