LESLIE KITA
Leslie Kita is an ICF ACC-certified coach, gospel coach, and trainer with over 30 years in
ministry and more than a decade of experience in church planting. She walks alongside women
in ministry—especially those in church planting—helping them explore and clarify the issues
that may be holding them back from fully stepping into their call.
Before moving into coaching, Leslie began her career as a high school teacher. She and her
husband have raised three children—two college graduates and one still in high school—and
she spent six years homeschooling while also caring for an ill child. These personal experiences
inform her work with women navigating complex seasons of life and ministry.
In addition to her coaching practice, Leslie is currently training as a spiritual director through the Talbot Institute of Spiritual Formation. Her work is rooted in a gospel-centered approach that offers both honesty and grace, inviting women to move forward in freedom and faith.
