STARTing & strengthening churches

INCUBATOR PROGRAM

The CTC SoCal Incubator is a one-year program designed to prepare, equip, and support church planters and revitalizers during their critical pre-launch and launch phases. Each module addresses the unique challenges of urban ministry, helping planters develop theological thinking, refine their ministry philosophy, and strengthen essential skills in leadership, contextual strategy, and planning— to plant healthy churches throughout Southern California.

Next incubator cohort begins august 22-23, 2025
